About the company
Not Standing is the company around choreographer and performer Alexander Vantournhout. In recent years, he has built an impressive and versatile body of work, with group performances such as 'Foreshadow' and 'Contre-jour', solos such as 'VanThorhout' and 'ANECKXANDER', and duets such as every_body and Through the Grapevine.
With 'Frames', Vantournhout continues the line of his site-specific performance SCREWS. Once again, he explores the boundaries of the body, space and perspective, in work that balances circus, dance, performance and visual art.
