About the company
Gadjo Dilo Circus was born out of love for traditional circus. Fascinated by the centuries-old history of clowning, the company creates circus theatre that does not preserve classical craftsmanship as a museum piece, but reactivates it in the here and now.
With Babusio, Bram De Laere continues to build a world in which circus, theatre, music and mechanics reinforce one another. The company's own stand and caravan create an enclosed, warm audience setting: as if you briefly step inside a travelling circus universe.
