Trudge, trudge, trudge.
Who’s that trudging along?
It’s Solita!
With her trolley and her boxes.
She talks to herself and sleeps wherever she can lay her head.
Is she mad or something?
Hey, what’s that?
That’s not a box!
It’s an orchestra pit full of trumpets!
And Solita isn’t talking to herself!
She’s talking to a tightrope-walker and an acrobat.
Who’d have thought it…
Solita lives in her own little world full of circus spectacle and music. A musical object theatre performance without words for everyone aged 3 and up. The intimate introduction to the character, in all her crazy loneliness, is touching and sparks a laugh and a tear.
